RG Digital Hub offers freelance digital services based on mutually agreed project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. The scope of work will be finalized through written communication such as email, WhatsApp, proposal documents, or invoices.
Any services not explicitly mentioned in the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may require revised timelines and additional charges.
Payment Terms
All projects follow a strict milestone-based payment structure:
50% advance payment is mandatory before the project begins
50% balance payment is payable upon project completion and before final handover
Important Payment Conditions
Work will not commence until the advance payment is received.
Final files, source code, credentials, or website access will not be handed over until full payment is cleared.
Delays in final payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
All payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Project timelines are dependent on timely inputs from the client. This includes:

Approvals and feedback
RG Digital Hub is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete inputs from the client. Extended delays may lead to project rescheduling or additional charges.
Revisions Policy
Reasonable revisions related to the originally agreed scope are included.
Excessive revisions, scope changes, or redesign requests will be billed separately.
Any request that alters approved layouts, strategy, or structure after approval will be considered new work.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
RG Digital Hub retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All tools, frameworks, methodologies, and templates used remain the intellectual property of RG Digital Hub.
SEO & Marketing Disclaimer
RG Digital Hub does not guarantee:
Specific keyword rankings
Traffic volumes
Leads or sales outcomes
Ad performance results
SEO and advertising results depend on multiple external factors beyond direct control, including competition, algorithms, market behavior, and client industry conditions.
Third-Party Tools & Services
RG Digital Hub may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools, ad platforms, or APIs. Any costs related to third-party tools are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
RG Digital Hub is not liable for downtime, errors, or policy changes caused by third-party services.
Termination of Services
RG Digital Hub reserves the right to terminate services if:
Payments are delayed or unpaid
Client communication becomes abusive or unprofessional
Client violates agreed terms or legal regulations
In case of termination:
Advance payments remain non-refundable
Work completed up to that stage will be considered delivered
Limitation of Liability
RG Digital Hub shall not be liable for:
Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
Data loss due to hosting issues or third-party services
Legal issues arising from client-provided content
The maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total project amount paid.
Confidentiality
Any information shared by the client for project execution will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required for service delivery or by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Changes to Terms
RG Digital Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
